12th Edition of the United Organization for Education and Sports Development Africa Impact and Inspiring Leadership Award The Impact and Inspiring Leaders Awards recognize and celebrate global leaders who have made significant contributions in various sectors. The award ceremony brings together inspiring personalities, business leaders, innovators, and change-makers from diverse fields. Eligibility and Rules 1. Global Nomination: Anyone can nominate a leader from any part of the world. 2. Multi-Sectoral: The award is open to leaders in all fields, including business, entertainment, politics, education, science, human rights, entrepreneurship, technology, arts, and media. 3. Individual Nomination: Only individuals can be nominated (not organizations). Self-nominations are also welcome. 4. Language: The working language for the nomination is English. Nomination Process (5 Simple Steps) 1. Contact Details: Provide your and the nominee's contact details. 2. Leadership Criteria: Explain how the nominee meets the leadership criteria. 3. Career Highlights: Share the nominee's career highlights. 4. Supporting Materials: Upload supporting materials (videos, articles, CV, etc.). 5. Submission: Submit your nomination to uoesdessaycompetition@gmail.com. Deadline for Nomination September 30th, 2025 Judgement and Selection of Winners 1. Review and Research: Nominations will be reviewed, researched, and judged by UOESD staff and a pre-jury of global leaders. 2. Global Leadership Jury: The UOESD Global Leadership Jury, composed of leaders from different countries, disciplines, experiences, and backgrounds, will select the winners. 3.
